AdWords
Google AdWords is Google's advertising programme. It enables ads to be positioned in Google search results. You see these ads whenever you do a Google search -- they are the links at the top of the search results and in the right-hand column (Google labels them Sponsored Links).

Today, when most people want to find something, they go to the Internet and they use Google. And they don't search at random, they search intentionally -- they genuinely want to find something that satisfies their need. This is important to your business, because people making searches are potential customers.
Imagine, for example, someone searches for car tyres, and that you sell car tyres… you'd probably want to be included in that person's search results. This is the power of advertising on Google: your ads can appear in front of people who are searching for businesses like yours.

No matter what your business is, or what products or services you offer, there will be someone searching for it.
Our AdWords team here at Interspeed can get your ad into Google search results (usually on the very first page of results!). As your campaign manager, we strategically position your ads in searches that will be of the most benefit to you. For example, if you are in the business of selling bicycles, we will get your ads in front of people searching for bicycles.

Quite simply, when someone enters a search query, he or she gets a page of Search Results -- links related to what they've searched for. We put your Ad on that page. If the person searching clicks on your ad, he or she goes to your Website.
No.
You set a monthly budget and we don't exceed it. And you only pay when someone clicks on one of your ads. Your ad could appear a couple of thousand times a week, but if only one person clicks on it, you'd only pay for that one click (anything from a few cents to a dollar or two, depending on advertiser competition).
